lemon juice, finished with butter,

Chicken battered with egg,
garlic white wine sauce,
and served over spaghetti

Pomodoro
Plum tomato wine sauce,
topped with fresh mozzarella,
and served over spaghetti

Sicilian
Whiskey crema sauce, black olives,
artichoke hearts and served over
penne pasta

Marsala Crema
Marsala crema sauce, mushrooms,
sun dried tomatoes, carrots,
and served over fettucini
